I didn’t realize my buddy Christian (who owns that SICK EF hatchback) was filming with his GoPro at the meet.

AHHH Stupid Youtube and music copyrights. Check it out on youtube.

Extras and WTF’s coming later.

After sleeping over at Justin’s house and being stuck in the garage for the majority of the night due to pouring rain, the sky cleared up on Saturday for a nice, albeit hot day. We woke up decently early and rolled on over to Aloha Stadium to check out HellaFlush.

It was a really good show with a wide variety of builds and a lot of projects saw their debut.

I finally got to check out Lance Harano’s Sprinter up close. This thing is amazing!

Royden’s Corolla wagon rolling on Watanabes. I think he said 15×9″ -13.

MMM… Rubber.

This black on black Supra kept drawing me back. Targa top with the cage looks TOUGH!

Hachi crew. I love all of their wheels.

Crazy Nissan Hardbody with some Boso looking flares. I saw it another car show with it’s hood open… VQ power baby!

Super clean Toyota truck on some 17″ SSR Reverse Mesh. I want a truck now…

I only took shots of stuff that interests me, but if you’re interested in seeing the rest check out SpeedHawaii for the full coverage.

Corolla homies from around the island had a little get together last week to meet and greet again. Lots of old faces as well as lots of new projects getting debuted.

This AW11 MR2 was previously seen wearing Meisters and now she’s rolling on Equip 01′s.

This hatch reminds me a lot of the black “Evade” Hachi that was also present.

I’ve been watching this build on Facebook. It’s a father/son endeavor that shares the common link of a project car. I’m really hoping I can get on that Mustang build with my old man…

TWO DOOR WAGON!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3!!!

BTW, much respect for Jeffrey Soriano from Forums Hawaii for providing the snaps.

Kind of old news if you follow my boy Brice’s blog, but here’s some shots of us yanking a 1JZ from a MK3 Supra.  As you may know, our buddy Jordan has a MK3 Supra (1JZ) and a MX73 Cressida (7MGE).  We yanked both motors with the intention of swapping them and selling the Supra so Jordan has a beast of a Cress to take with him when he moves to Arizona.

Take note…  It’s daylight out.  An early start for us is about 4pm.

Much (much) later, engine and trans are out.  It’s amazing how small parts look in pictures.  Right up until you’re trying to maneuver the 20 tons of dead weight and not drop it on the car.

Super sketchy fitting Ebay downpipe.  We had to “re-engineer” it.  Hahaha.  Hello grinder!

Mmmm…  Snails.  I want (at least one) turbo in my car!

Section D recently had a gathering to celebrate their first year of kicking ass as a crew. A couple of familiar faces (and cars) came out to play.

On a side note, I’ve been reading up on RB25/6 swaps for the Z.  I totally shouldn’t do it, but I probably will.  I’m so broke…

So I can turn the ISO down and to keep my hands from shaking. A couple extra pictures I took from last week Friday.

Well, let’s see if I can do any better tonight.

On friday, I finally got around to fixing my oil pan woes so I felt like taking the Z out to recharge the batter and make sure everything still runs like it should.  Called up the homies and we all met up in the corner of Wal-Mart for a little hang out session.  We ended up staying there for nearly seven hours.  Haha!

My friend Eddie, one of the leading minds behind SpeedHawaii, was there snapping away with his new Nikon DSLR (even though Canons are better!) and took some pretty good snaps.  Offset King, Ralph didn’t bring out his Cressida (although his turbo Toyota truck that he brought out is pretty damn sweet) because I’m not worthy of it’s presence.  Just as unfortunate is Justin selling his Corolla wagon.  His new secret project isn’t quite ready yet but his IS300 wagon turned some heads that night for sure with his Time Attack TE37′s (or are they ROTAS???  HAHAHAHA!).

P.S. Driving behind Brice’s Corolla is the most amazing thing in the world at night. Sparks flying everywhere from the dope stance. Just don’t rear end him.

I’ve been really diggin’ Celica Supras lately.  The sharp angular lines, the flares and the possibility of big power in a little package.  I really have to set up a photoshoot with Julian’s Celica…

Check out the bad ass packaging for the Trust suspension!  If I could find that set up, I’d buy a Celica Supra just to build it around it!

After yesterdays tsunami failure, HellaFlush4: Aloha Kings went off without a hitch.  While a lot of cars weren’t up to HellaFlush standards (mine included), it was a really laid back show and I got to meet some cool people (Kenny and Mark from FatLace!).

I’m too lazy to upload the few pictures that I took, so here’s some I found online.

DOPE Honda Ruckus.  Probably not as crazy as the So Cal and Japanese dudes do it, but still awesome.  I really want to get one soon.

My Kyusha Kai brothers, Julian’s Celica Supra and Ralphs Cressida.

This car totally should have won something.  It was previously featured on the HellaFlush site and rocks some awesome SSR Professors.

Finally, presenting my baby…  The front spoiler barely cleared a 2 inch block of wood and the exhaust was an inch off the ground.  I got stuck on a road joint on the way over.  I had to jump up and down in my seat while gassing it to get myself freed.  Not quite as flush as it should have been, but I really got screwed over by a wheel repair place.  More on everything later since I’ve been up since 6am.
